Mao Bu Yi (毛不易) was a vocal mentor on Produce Camp 2020.
He is on team Bu Song together with Victoria Song.
He is a very kind-hearted person, but rather shy and prefers stick to his specialty. This can come as a disadvantage when the trainees asks for input, as what happened for the group Don’t Be Stingy in Episode 5 Part I, where they were surprised Mao didn't comment on their dance, as they were hoping to gain a view from a man's perspective (since the dance they were covering was originally performed by men).
When it comes to vocal training he is specific on how to sing each part the best. This includes helping the girls with accents or singing a line the right way, though sometimes he has a hard time explaining it.
