Hello! I'm happy you're here to read how to help the wiki, but before you fully start, you'll need to know some things.
Names
For Chinese names, we split them up into each syllable, unless it has ' in it. Examples: Chen Qian Nan & Zhao Tian'ai
Images
Images we allow on here has to be either: professionally taken (not selfies) or images made by Chuang either on the trainees profile or on Chuang's accounts. There are exceptions, such as if there's only one image you can find of a person competing in a show, it'll be allowed.
Right now we just work on getting all pages on, so for stage images there is one for the promotional image, and one for the stage performance. The minimum total should then be 5 (Uniform, Teaser, 1st stage live (few has promotional image), 2 2nd stage).
When uploading images you'll have to rename the file to either their first name or surname (first name if others have the same surname, the uniform image has their full name), together with either: Teaser, A word from their stage song (check other trainees for the word used), pre/year for images before the show.
After renaming, be sure to add a license on it, I'll work on a license to the TV channel.
Now that the image is uploaded, you'll have to categorize it to the trainees image category, which would be "Trainees full name Images".
For mentors, the images are named their name, what season (only if in other seasons), after what episode it was from, and with what number it is of images from that episode, which would look like "Tao PC2020 ep3 5".
Groups
For groups, we're talking about both the initial groups the trainees made for the first episodes, and any stage group. The stage groups will be linked to as the name they gave at the introduction of the group, currently I've just used the song till I can go back and check the names.
For mentors, all the groups from their team are listed, as well as the special teams.
Group pages will come at a later date.
Privacy
If a trainee on this wiki is a minor, do not list their educational information or any personal info you may find due to safety reasons. That information will be deleted from this wiki if it is added.
Generally, it is best to only list a trainee's educational history if they have already graduated from that school- however, if they have a large following (i.e an influencer) and are not a minor, then you can choose at your own discretion whether or not to add that info. If it is not public knowledge, then don't add it.
This wiki is primarily to record information in regards to a trainee's time on the show, so anything deemed as private information will be deleted.
